About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth client onboarding and adherence to our compliance protocols. This position is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in compliance or administrative roles who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team.

• Assist with client acceptance and onboarding, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.

• Manage ongoing billing processes and follow up on client matters.

• Set up and maintain client records in our internal systems.

• Execute any additional administrative tasks as delegated by management.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data management tools.

• A problem-solving mindset, strong analytical abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

• A reliable, hardworking team player with a commitment to excellence.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business Administration, etc.) preferred.

• Strong analytical and research skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Understanding of AML/KYC regulations is a plus.

• Experience in a similar role is ideal.
