About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Corporate officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth client onboarding and adherence to our compliance protocols. This position is ideal for someone with 1 - 2 years of experience in corporate, CDD or administrative roles who is keen to advance his or her role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the legal and compliance team.
  • Assist with client acceptance and onboarding, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • Assist with keeping track with billing processes and follow up on client matters.
  • Set up and maintain client records in our internal systems.
  • Execute any additional administrative tasks as delegated by management
  • Assist with customer due diligence process on an ongoing basis.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with an understanding of KYC and ongoing customer due diligence, preferably within the corporate services industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data management tools.
  • Organised and eager to learn.
  • A reliable, hardworking team player with a commitment to excellence.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (Finance, Business Administration, AML/CFT etc.) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of AML/KYC regulations is a plus.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus.
