Good governance means fair norms, open communication regarding decisions, and ensuring that everyone is treated equally and fairly. It functions similarly to an impartial referee in a game to ensure that all players follow the rules. The "G" in ESG, is the main focus on an organization’s or company's operational efficiency as well as whether or not it is conducted in an equitable and responsible manner.
